How to build Python 3.10 wheel for ForexConnect-Python API?

My environment is windows 11 and Python 3.10, 3.11, but the Python 3.7 wheel cannot be installed to
3.10, 3.11, does anyone know how to build new wheels or can build new wheels for 3.10, 3.11?
