Data not available since update?

Hi Folks; -

I'm certainly no software writer - but I received the message below from my colleague: -

"Isn't it typical? Just when I get some time to make some progress with
the program, I find that I can't get any historical data dumps out of
fxcon since 21/1! I've cross-checked with trading station to create a
graph and there's no joy, either. So far as I can tell, there is no
update available for the candleworks fxconnect libraries, even though
there has been an update to trading station."

Please can someone advise, thank you.

Hello John,

We could not reproduce this issue. Starting from January 21st, 2016, Forex Connect receives history data as usual.
Could you please send us the following data: instrument name, timeframe, period of time (i.e. all request parameters) at ycherepanova@gehtsoft.com?
