MT4 EA based on WilliamsTrade & BB indicators

I would like to request an MT4 EA based on WilliamsTrade & BB indicators, please.
Strategy (taken from other website):
Enter Buy:
After bar closing when
WilliamsTrade indicator gives Up arrow
AND
the bar does not close above the upper Bollinger band
Exit Buy (Optional):
After bar closing if
WilliamsTrade indicator's nowline turns below the lowline (-40 level)
Enter Sell:
After bar closing when
WilliamsTrade indicator gives Down arrow
AND
the bar does not close below the lower Bollinger band
Exit Sell (Optional):
After bar closing if
WilliamsTrade indicator's nowline turns above the highline (-60 level)
The EA would also have normal TP, SL, Tailing features.
