Débutant codeur .lua Par quoi commencer???

Bonjour,

Je suis novice en codage pour la station de trading FXCM, j' ai appris avec ProRealTime et je souhaiterai transposer des stratégies et indicateurs PRT sur la plateforme Fxcm.....donc apprendre le codage .lua; mais par ou commencer???
Comment apprendre, sur quels sites, quels blogs, quels livres, bref, par quoi commencer?
De plus je ne suis pas à l'aise en Anglais; vive les traducteurs

Pourriez-vous m'indiquer tous ça,SVP . Je pense que ça pourra servir à beaucoup de débutants codeurs.
