Came across an indicator which looks like Bollinger bands or envelope. Can you figure out which indicator is displayed here?

Hello Apprentice,

Just learned that this indicator is not keltner channel. It is Localized Regression.

(Localized Regression with confidence interval, LOESS )

Is it possible to add this indicator to fxcodebase collection?
