TradingStation: Cannot scroll back in tick chart

Hi,

I have opened a EURUSD tick chart in FXCM TS2, but seems there is no way to scroll back to see older prices. I tried to use mouse to do scrolling but past a specific point (a few hours), it stops scrolling to older dates. But with M1 I had no such problem.

Does anyone know how can I do this?

I don't have this problem.

Problem with the tick,
tick data is pretty limited,
and you will quickly run out of it.
