PUTTING PENDING ORDER WITH EXPIRE TIME

is possible to put pending order with exact expiry time and date in trading station II

It is not possible for now. You can only place DAY entry order which automatically expires if not executed on the day the order is placed.
I will pass the suggestion forward to developers.

This will depend on FXCM.
As it is, FXCM has stopped updating the TS.
