Automatic Buy Sell EA 2019

I have been using a winning manual technique for a long time, I ask if anyone can turn it into EA.
The technique is as follows:
opens for sale when the moving average line is encountered in descent with the central line of the bollinger band, and only if there is confirmation of the operation with the arrow of the Adx allert in sell indicator.
Closes transaction with arrow Adx in buy.
Below are the optimizations of the indicators:
adx sel buy allert: adx period 14
Moving average: period 2
Bollinger band: period 20, deviation 2
To avoid substantial losses it would be nice to insert an ea that I use in the same timeframe (trailing stop EA).
I'd like someone to develop it.
