ForexConnect 1.6.3 has been released

There are following changes:
- supported gzip compression in transport
- Android version build for 64-bit platform
- added an internal handler for Leverage and Trading Profile updates
- added dividends into trades, closed trades and summary tables
- some code refactoring to get rid of magic numbers
- fixed an issue with threads in python
