ForexConnect 1.6.2 has been released

The release notes:
- added ability to recognized 3-tier account (IO2GAccountRow.isTier3)
- added prebuilt sample to get CAS report
- fixed dynamic trailing recalculation
- some improvement about commissions
- improved login-logout stability
- fixed authorization with token
- fixed a problem with subscription status setting
- added more samples for mobile versions
