Trading Station crashes when sending an automatic trade

Hi all,

I finally have managed to run a custom strategy (my own development, written in LUA) within Trading Station.

Whenever the strategy opens a trade, Trading Station crashes, i.e. shows some message box for a very short time and then closes. The message box is shown for such a short time that there is no chance to read any single word contained therein. There is no crash.txt file on my PC, though (such a file should exist after a crash according to this thread).

I am working on Windows 7 Pro x64, updated to the latest patches as per time of this writing; Trading Station is at version 01.15.090516 (I haven't found a newer one).

I would be very grateful for a fast reply. If I can't get this solved tomorrow, I'll switch back to MetaTrader. Even if I had errors in my strategy (I don't assume I have, because in backtesting, it works like expected), the application shouldn't crash, but if it does, at least it should produce some sort of log or let me read the error message. This is ridiculous.

Regards,

Peter

Hi Peter,

1. The logs are stored in FXTS2\log, FXTS2\crash folders.
Please attach the logs to your message.
2. Could you send the strategy code (if possible) via email or the code of opening the positions?
3. Was the position opened or TS crashed during the opening and the position was not opened?
