directional real volume indicator doesn't work in strategy

I've been trying to use the directional real volume indicator from fxcmapps in a strategy but it appears it doesn't have any external streams. I wrote to FXCM and they claim I should be able to use it. Can anyone confirm this? I think what shows this cannot work in a strategy is if you add the indicator to an existing (completed) backtest chart it doesn't show up.

Unfortunately,
In my experience, FXCM volume indicator do not have any outputs.
Do not use the stream as output.

ok thanks Apprentice, that's what I thought. Hopefully the people at FXCM can fix that.

I believe, this is intentional, to prevent us from accessing to this data.
