Probably, you use the previous version. You can try to use the updated version from FXCM site (01.14.030416).
Your profile should be placed in such version.There the problem is fixed.
I would recommend one more variant. You can recreate layout from scratch, i.e. to create the Marketscope new empty window and reconfigure it.
