require lua from package

Postby davidk » Mon Apr 11, 2016 4:58 pm

Hello,

I have a number of [large] lua functions I use in several indicators that I'd like to include in package. I've tried the simple approach of adding the additional lua files to my project and then require()ing the file. That generates module not found errors in the debugger.

How can I include these in my project and then require() that lua file?

Thanks,
David K.

Hi David,

To investigate this problem, please send the package at this e-mail: ycherepanova@gehtsoft.com.

Thank you.

I'm working in the debugger.

I keep my code in a separate directory from the debugger. Maybe for everything to work correction I need to put everything in the same directory with debugger.exe ... or maybe in the 'indicators' directory??
