how to write text on the price window

how can i write texts and put an arrow up/down on the price window ?

You can use text output streams to put labels at the specified period/price level instead of lines or bar as for regular output streams. For details, please see method instance:createTextOutput. For example, also see Heikin-Ashi Alert.

You can also put labels using the method host:execute("drawLabel", ...) and method host:execute("drawLabel1", ...). For example, see Info Overlay.

You could just write the text in the miscellaneous information field.
