MACD + Heikin-Ashi Overlay

Hello developers. Could you please create an indicator with this logic?:

When MACD histogram is negative AND heikin-ashi candle is red, paint the candle RED

When MACD histogram is positive AND heikin-ashi candle is green, paint the candle GREEN

Any other candle gets painted GREY.
