EA not opening trades

I have an mt5 EA that will not open trades, even when conditions are all met for trades to be opened it does not. I have no idea, what could be the problem, I attached the set file, as well as the EA

Strategy is as follows


Trades/alerts/signals should only be sent/made when timeframe sequences are in agreement(either going up or going down)

The timeframe sequences use 2 indicators, stochastic and EMA. Both have to be in agreement with each other on every timeframe that the sequence is using to make/signal alert or trade

For the stochastic to signal a buy, the signal line has to be on the bottom of the main line, to signal sell, the signal line must be on top of the main line

For the Ema or Ma to signal a buy, the candle/price has to be above the EMA/MA line, to signal sell, it has to be under the EMA/MA line

Each stochastic indicator in a sequence should have in/between and nothing setting. Which means if the setting is set to in/between that means that the signal and main line must be in between the 80 and 20 on the stoch indicator, and if its set to nothing, that means that the signal line and main line only has to be going up or down, and in agreement with the other tf stochastic indicators
There should be pivot, resistance, support line input as well. there should be 2 inputs that allow trades/alerts/signals only when the price is certain amount of pips away from from pivot, resistance, support lines, and another input for certain amount of pips past the pivot/resistance/support line

minimum distance from pivot lines/resistance/support

minimum distance after pivot lines/resistance/support

There should also be a trading/alert/signal start and stop time input, that allows me to set the time that the indicator/EA will trade/alert/signal
There should be 2 6 timeframe sequences, that use 2 indicators stochastic and EMA or MA

stochastic should have in/between 80 and 20 and nothing setting on each tf in both of the 2 tf sequences


The EA should have amount of trades per sequence, and amount of trades at one time, and amount of trades in the trading time inputs
Also, all signals/alerts and pivot, resistance, support lines must be visible on the charts

Buy arrows for buy alerts/signals, sell arrows for sell alerts/signals

Entry input is also needed. Entry after candle close or tick option

minutes between signal input

Also complete stochastic settings/parameters( ex.14,3,3)(%k,%D,%sd)(stoch high, stoch low)

Complete Ema/ma settings/parameters( ma method, ma period, applied to,ma shift, candle period)

Max trades input is for?...... Max trades open at 1 time, or max trades per trading time?
