Double Top/Bottom Slow Stochastic

Hi Apprentice & Team
Hope you guy are all safe and well can you code this strategy as pre rules below
1. Create double top/bottom on zigzag (the double top/bottom to close within previous top/bottom
2. Slow Stochastics to reach a minimum level of 70 for sells and 30 for buys
3. Price not closed passed previous high/low (the double top/bottom)
4. Trigger when K line crossed D (end of turn)
5. Stop loss x = pips above 1st top for sells and below 1st bottom buys
6. Take profit use Fibonacci for buys to use the previous up swing and for sells use previous down swing
x = % above current zigzag high for buys and x = % below the current zigzag low for sells
