Hello , can I get help with a interesting multi timeframe and multi pair alarm scanner? Mt4 platform

we will be using 2 indicators, stochastic and lagerre. what we are looking here is a market descorrelation between them.

I would like to set the desire multiTF to check ( like: 15m,H1,H4)
and set which pair I would like to scan ( EURUSD;GBPAUD;USDCAD; ....)

receive push notifications and popup notifications , but just register the alert ONCE per bar.

buy signal alert:
when stochastic cross under oversold zone (20) and lagerre indicator value is more than 0.8

sell signal alert
when stochastic cross over overbought zone (80) and lagerre indicator value is under 0.2.

Stoch setting:
%K:3
%D:2
slowing:3
close/close
simple MA method

lagerre setting:
gamma 0.7
count bars: 950

Low/high

any chance to add this features?

alarm for stoch cross
alarm to exiting overbuy/oversold zones
posibility to select the overbuy/oversold level.

this indicator will find divergences bettwen a lagerre and a stochastic
