Hey Apprentice,
US30 working now.
1. When used the ATR for risk does not place any auto hedge, and as no auto hedge was placed and trade was left running negative had to manually close.
(To be fixed be able to use ATR)
2. When used the fixed amount in risk when VPC crossed against signal while negative in manually open trade never hedged immediately and cancelled original auto placed hedge,
(To be fixed, when negative in manually open trade, to immediately hedge when VPC crosses against signal line and cancel original auto placed hedge and all limit orders. Both trades to be closed manually.
3. When the PC screen saver comes on and click on key board to wake if in a trade it closes trade in profit of negative and cancels auto placed hedge. The idea of the strategy is not to watching the trade.
(To be fixed, not to close trades unless condition are met)

1.Can't repeat. It's likely ATR gives too small value and the broker reject the orders as too close to the current price.
2.Can't repeat. What is "VPC crossed against signal"?
3.Non-strategy issue. Either the conditions are met or you are closing the trade by a hotkey.

Hi Apprentice,
1. The ATR is not linked to the strategy cannot get it to work on different settings and time frames an when using a 1min timeframe of 150% on a 10 period on US30 = 50pts risk currently and cannot be the broker as accepts the fixed amount of 25pts which is lower than the ATR.
2. VPC (Volume price change) when negative in a trade and the VPC crosses against the signal line (against the original trade direction) conditions are meant to hedge immediately cancel original hedge and to remove all limit orders on all trades, current version closes negative manually open trade at a minus, and cancels the auto placed hedge. When this happen there are no more conditions to the strategy, end of strategy condition for that trade. Then for the both trades in a hedge to be manually exited

What is "original trade direction"? When the VPC crosses over VPC Signal do hedge shorts and when crosses under do hedge longs?

Hi Apprentice,
1. When use the ATR it sometimes places thr auto hedge but even set in setting to use ATR it take the risk from the fixed risk not the ATR calculation
2. Original trade long in negative of -5pts, auto place hedge still 20pts away the VPC crosses below signal line .Condition is to hedge immediately and cancel the original auto placed hedge and to cancel all limit order on long trade
3. Original trade short in negative of -5pts, auto place hedge still 20pts away the VPC crosses above signal line .Condition is to hedge immediately and cancel the original auto placed hedge and to cancel all limit order on short trade

Hi Apprentice
1. The ATR is now working, got the error code below 1min after entering trade manually and stopped the strategy no trade was closed or the auto place hedge was not cancelled close open trade and cancelled auto place hedge

2. Cannot test when trade is negative to hedge immediately and cancel original auto place and cancel all limit orders and both trade to be exited manually examples as per 2 and 3 and last post
