Stretch Breakout Channel (Fix)

Hi there dear friend. I found this indicator here that is based on the opening range breakout strategy by Toby Crabel. Remember you coded here the stretch indicator?

Well, the problems with this indicator here are:

-When you load it on a chart, MT4 hangs for some time (not responding), like 10 seconds
-It is only plotting one of the lines of the channel
-when the indicator is loaded, it creates a label on the upper left corner of the chart that stays there even when you remove the indicator, and it also does not appear on objects list to be deleted
-It needs a "Start Time" option in indi settings, otherwise it will always start calculation at 00:00 daily bar. What If want it to start at 15:00 of daily bar? (NY Open).
-It needs a input of how many bars (days) to use in it´s calculation (perhaps one of the reasons that makes MT4 to hang is that it is using all bars in chart)

Perhaps you can improve this code to run smoothly.

Dear friend, I also noticed you didn´t add the option to choose the start time of the calculation.

Let´s say by default is 00:00, but if I wanted I could change to 15:00 for example. Please add this input in indi settings.
